Room rental: $125 per hour
Three-hour minimum, plus a $100 cleaning fee and a $100 refundable security deposit.

That means a three-hour rental starts at $475, plus your refundable deposit and any applicable taxes.

Your rental includes a coordinator to help with planning and be on-site during your event, so you have someone to turn to before the guests arrive and while the celebration is underway.

 

A few extras to make it yours

• Tables, chairs & linens: $55 for up to 20 guests · $75 for up to 35 guests

• Private line dance lesson: $150-$250

• Murder mystery experience: $200

• Bartender: $150

If alcohol will be served, a bartender is required. You’re welcome to provide your own, or we can arrange one for you.

Have decorations you love? Bring them along or arrange a drop-off with us. Need a hand pulling the look together? Give us a budget, and we’ll help source the finishing touches.
